My Freepay Hell!

So that's two freepay accounts completed now and two put on hold, I didn't even do anything wrong..... I hate freepay, it's official.

I have no idea really. I had a few random refs from the net and some friends signed up as well on gifts and gaming and I've been put on hold on both sites..... so annoyed

Did the friends sign up on separate computers?

Yeah everything was totally above board as far as I know..... A few of them are familiar to the freebie scene so just asked them.

Don't know what happened.

I've heard on other forums that a person got put on hold because he and all his refs did the same offer. Could just look suspicious to freepay if you have done that?

I suppose that's possible but I doubt that everyone that signed up did the same offer. I don't know what they did though so it's possible

Still that's not a proper reason to put you on hold. If you're sure that you've done nothing wrong I would get in touch with them and state that you will contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in regard to this matter because you've fulfilled all your requirements. See if you can get a letter sent to Gratis Internet by recorded mail and keep raising support tickets.

You wouldn't get put on hold for that. Chances are this person and all his refs also had the same IP.

Seems really random but Freepay can be a real pain, and everything always takes ages to get shipped! I agree with adammcg, send tickets mentioning BBB.
