ringtone offers page not loading?

one of my refferals is trying to do the offer, he is giving me one way progress, im not telling him what to do...

but he says the ringtone offer popup isnt loading, just a white page...

anyone else having this problem?

I had this when i signed up to gifts.fp as a trade on here. I had to change my email address for the offers to actually load. The problem with that though, is although i completed an offer the person i signed up for didn't receive the credit for it and i'm still showing as my old email address on their referals list.
