IPODS account question\issue


Well I joined the ipods.freepay conga, signed up and got this :

Log out and back in and see if it fixes itself. If it doesn't raise a support ticket in the help section. if you start over and open another account and it is an error, you would end up with two accounts which is against freepay's t&c's and you would lose both accounts!

Just contact them about it first

didnt you ask this yesterday? Sounds like at some time you might have signed up to that site before

Hi Arcticfox,

Yeah, I asked in the conga thread and got no answer, so thought I should post in a more visable thread.

I have never signed up to ipods.freepay before, and I logged a support request last night. Let's hope I get a posative resolve as the 5 referals for the ipod touch is a good offer.

UPDATE ...

Good on Freepay, they removed the 'faulty' account and let me re-signup. So good on them

did you ask them this in a support ticket then? I had the same prob ages ago with the ipods site but to be honest I didnt know if I may have signed up before, I've joined quite a few sites, lol.

I did the password reminder thing, but never got an email.
