Argh, just tried to log in my Giftcards.Freepay to check the status as my ESD was yesterday but I can't log in... even if I go on Lost Password it says "blabla@hotmail.com cannot be found in our database"
Any one else having problems getting on their accounts or has my account been hacked?

On a more serious note, that's a bit of a worry. You haven't had any emails confirming an email address change have you? Check your junk too..

Nope, I didn't sign up to Gratis Good.
Checked my emails and haven't had any of these emails confirming a change of email address either. Argh, really hope I'll get my account back... Going to do a support ticket now, I guess that's all I can do...! Really worried as who ever has my account would now get my vouchers

u think this mite be something to do with the problems people are getting when logging in...i logged in the other day and ended up on someone elses account using my details to log in...then i tried relogging in and it came up with my account again

i messaged freepay but they kind of ignored what i said and just confirmed my gift was going to be sent to me not ne1 else lol

someone might have done the same then realised they were on ur account and seeing that u had completed the site/waiting for gift, could have changed ur password and email and got the gift themselves

freepay need to fix that security glitch asap!!

The same thing happened to me! I loggedon using my details and it logged into soem austrailian dudes account i was like what the hell so i logged out an logged bak in and it was fine then i thought Freepay may acuse me of having multiple accounts so i told them exactly what happened they said its okk

That can happen when you log in and type your password wrong; u get on a Canadian or Australian page instead - it's random.

Anyway, been thinking about it and the only place where I use the exact same log in details is on the Freebie Twist forum; could a hacker have gotten my details from there?

nope the australian and canadian thing is a complete different error

i ended up on a DIFFERENT users account and i sent a support ticket from that account and freepay confirmed that was a different email address

yep imagine if i was a scammer and that person had any greens (he/she had yellows tho!)

i cud have changed that users password and they wud be screwed...freepay didnt seem too bothered about the fact i managed to message them from a differnet users account complaining that i had problems loggin into my own...very worrying i agree

Update:

Freepay have replied to my ticket (this is a FIRST!) and they've changed the email address to give me back my account !! They've cancelled the order though so I'm back to waiting another month minimum for my vouchers. Just glad to have my account back
