Well this isn't a job interview , however, there are 4 of us on the team currently and we have all had a bit of experience with free sites before. The technical admins (myself and another) have lots of webmaster experience and we along with the owner, ran this site a few years ago, however, it fell through because of advertising difficulties. The users who signed up didn't report any problems and some gifts were shipped, but the owner didn't feel that he could dedicate the time required to promote and manage the business end of such a venture back then. We have someone who is managing that all now and she has done a good job thus far.

I have PM'd Jon after Oking it with the owner, so I will see what is to be done.

personally im going to stay far far away from this site as i would recommend you guys should too until it becomes atleast unsupported on exceem

Well we have advertised in a few locations, and we have encouraged people to spread the word. I'm not a banned eXceem or A4F member. I dont even know what A4F is..

And I would hardly call it advertising... I didn't even start this thread.

doesnt look like they are advertising the site, it was a referral link, so probly was a user trying to get referrals..
and the timing was because he saw traffic coming from this thread.

haha, It's been a while since I saw that page.

That wasn't the final version.. it changed slightly over the months before it closed, but it was quite similar to that.

I'm not sure what else people want us to do to prove we aren't some random internet baiters.

Well the offers are pretty fluid at the minute.

We are trialing which ones work for us and which dont. At the end of the day, you aren't paying £60 because you can't refer yourself , however, we may pull the ones we don't earn on as substantially. We have some deals with business for advertising and sign ups etc.
