I would suggest making it a sticky but I get the feeling it might be near the top anyway. Have a rant and then get it off your chest without being flamed for it. Every few days there are threads being opened by people wishing to vent their anger at freepay and I can fully understand that. Also, every few days these threads get replies from people fed up seeing the threads and usually flaming the poster and I can also see their point. Sooooo, this thread should be for people wanting to vent their anger at freepay and not starting new threads. These posters should be allowed to express their opinion, an opinion which might not be shared with exceem and/or it's members. These rants should not be flamed as this thread is the place for moans against freepay, meaning less threads.... Ok, I shall start it off shall I? I know freepay are exceem supported but their is a huge difference between supported and recomended. I advise people to stick to the UK sites for many reasons, the biggest being the owners obvious respect to exceem and its members. freepay have shown no respect and dont seem to care about its UK members. Are we such a small fish in a big pond that they dont value UK members? I've had a few items from freepay but I think I had hassles with all of them. they dont answer tickets, they seem reluctant to send out gifts but yet they are still "supported". I would have suggested there were 3 categories on sites..."supported", "not supported" and "do so at your own risk". FREEPAIN.......get a grip

I can't complain too much as I'm one of the few lucky ones who have received something from them recently - very behind my ESD though  Now waiting for a gift card... Wouldn't recommend them!!! They've never replied to any of my tickets either

He doesn't have a credit card but he has got a mobile phone and more importantly has a large number of in-laws with mobile phones so it would be relatively quick for him to get enough referrals for something. But then if he's going to have to wait months to actually get the item. |

| Re: Freepay Rant Threadthanks for this thread mr fox. heres my rant: im really annoyed that i have told people how easy they are to get free gifts. i told them this before this massive slow-down and now i have people nagging me and pressuring me to admit ive scammed them i keep telling them to sign upto exceem to read about why freepay are sh!t yet they dont... rant over! & also, i cant wait to see the doctors post on this...  no offence intended, i completely respect the time lords... lol |

Owed so far: 2 ipod touch's, (ESD 01/03/08 + 10/03/08) 1 Nintendo Wii, (ESD 19/03/08) 1 £150 Voucher (ESD 19/03/08) 1 Footie Jersey (I'll let them off of this one as its only a day over its ESD lol!) No answer to support tickets, put my Wii account on hold then after sending a support ticket took it off hold and never told me why. Have asked for Vouchers instead of electronic gifts to speed things up (fat chance) - No answer to those support tickets. Wish I'd never bothered with Freepay, and I won't again. 1 month with some other networks (non exceem) and Kudos and I already done sites, been approved and got my gifts. |
