Freepay - Help
Hello,

I have just signed up to Istuff.Freepay and tryed to complete the Leona Lewis free ring tone.

I have text ok to the number and got a message saying i have signed up.

And i am i have downloaded the file to my phone, how do i check if it has completed?

So bascially, how can i check for an offer completion, as i am new to freepay!

check your freepay account, it may have already changed or hopefully it will soon

It just says 'Not Complete'

Does the offer usually credit quickly?

In my experience, usually within an hour but we're talking freepain here, so who knows?

Whernever i log in it says 'complete an offer' but i have done as i had £10.00, now i have £3.13 so lets cross my fingers and hope!

Can you sign up to a different freepay site and complete an offer using the same number.
Or do you have to find different sim cards?

I've been having problems with laptops.freepay.com. I signed up over a week ago and did the leona lewis offer straight away, two days late it still hadn't credited so i used another sim card and did a second realtone offer. That one hasn't credited either so did it again with yet another sim card and still - today none have been credited!!

I'm starting to really not like freepay as they've been paid commission on all 3 offers and i've got nothing!

Maybe try with a different internet browser? Have you cleared your cache and refreshed the page when you log in? Not sure if any of those will help!!!

I know this might sound a weird thing to say but of all the ringtone offers that I have done for the freepay sites, I have had problems with only 3 offers and they were all done in the evening (UK time). Any that I did in the morning or afternoon seemed to track no problem.

I'm sure that I saw somewhere on exceem similar theories

they wont have been paid comission, cuz as soon as the lead comes through your account is credited, so if the lead doesnt come through they dont get paid either!
make sure ur browser is set to accept cookies. if ur using IE put it to the lowest setting, accept all cookies.

I'm using firefox and it's already set to accept cookies, freepay don't allow you not to accept cookies anyway do they?

I'm going to try it again now and see what happens because all 3 that i've done have actually been at night so i think arcticfox may be right!

I'm not putting my freepay account at risk by using different sim cards am i? lol if i am it's a little too late!

I did another offer just after my previous post and yet again it still hasn't creditted.

I don't know why they're not going through, after all it is the 4th attempt!

I've now raised a support ticket with them to ask why they've not been creditted and stated that i'm not going to refer any other people to the site until i've been credited for atleast one of them.
