All mid to late March I believe.

Don't know if this has been asked before but, when I send an Amazon Voucher to somebody, they have always received it instantly. Do Freepay use the same process, or do they have to send a request to Amazon and get them to send, due to the sum's in question? If so, it could explain the hold up. Anybody know? Thanks

Fraid not

every voucher that I've had (apart from the one before now) has arrived a few hours later. I would personally send freepay a ticket stating that it says your vouchers have been shipped but havent arrived, stating that some of your mates got theirs which were shipped at same time.

Ask them to check with amazon whether they were actually shipped to you. thats all I can say.

Yeah, I sent a support ticket on the day I started this thread. It's not been replied to yet.

Re: Freepay Problem

I'm now extremely concerned about these vouchers. I'm a member of another freebie site (not Exceem approved), and the same thing has happened. The difference is that this site state that they have followed it up with Amazon, and have been told that it has been redeemed. If it has, it was not honestly redeemed by myself. I don't want to have the same thing happen to my vouchers from Freepay. I've sent 3 tickets to Freepay and heard nothing to date, and have just e-mailed Amazon. Any more help/suggestions? Thanks

Afraid there's nothing you can do until freepain decide to get back to you.

About your other site, it's all very easy for them to say that the vouchers were redeemed but I hope that they can prove it to you and arent just scamming you. The fact that they are not exceem supported is purely co-incidental

I wasn't suggesting that exceem had anything to do with the situation.

Re: Freepay Problem

Just to let you know, sufficient evidence was shown that the vouchers were infact redeemed.

Although I have nothing to do with it, just dont want to see a good network been given a bad name for no reason

Yes, well I'm following this up with Amazon and have asked for some necessary information that will allow me to do so. As you are well aware, I stated that I did not did not redeem them. As for giving the network a bad name, how have I? I've not mentioned it by name. Read what's been typed before commenting!

Re: Freepay Problem

I have read and I already know your frustration. Okay you are not directly stating the site but its basically seems to me like you are stigmatising unsupported sites, when we both know there are many legit ones out there.

I do hope things get sorted though, but maybe you should use your other addy to prevent things like this from happening again.

Re: Freepay Problem

Just thought I would let members know that all of my vouchers had been stolen by person/persons unknown. I contacted Amazon on Saturday, and gave them all of the information at my disposal, and they confirmed that 4 of my vouchers had been redeemed, and spent by someone, and that they knew that it wasn't me. All the information was passed onto the Amazon Fraud Department for investigation, and I'm pleased to say that the vouchers were re-sent to me today.

Only problem that I have now, is that Freepay have underpaid me by £100 on one of the vouchers, so I'm now chasing that up!! I know that there was a thread about this sort of thing, but I cannot find it now. Anyone care to point me in the right direction? Thanks

One half of me says that if it was me I would just be happy to have got my vouchers, even if it meant losing £100 as it could have easily been zero vouchers but soon that feeling would wear off and I'd want all that was owed to me.

A result though, keep us posted
