Verified on laptops and gaming account updated

Hey,

I know a lot of strange stuff has been going on with Freepay recently, and nobody has received anything for a while.
But I just thought I'd share with you how my Freepay accounts are going...

On gaming.fp, my ESD for a Nintendo DS was the 22nd March. After seeing that nobody on here has gotten anything in ages, I decided not to contact them about it and instead wait for other people to receive their stuff again before contacting Freepay.
However, last night I decided to open a support ticket, saying when my ESD was, and that if they don't do anything about it soon I'll contact the BBB. This afternoon I got an email from them saying that the item is out of stock and that they can offer me 100 pounds worth of Amazon gift vouchers
So, I accepted that offer lol. Hopefully I'll get the vouchers soon :S


On laptops.freepay, I got 5 greens last night , which took me up to 22 - thought I'd get a couple of extra ones lol.
I requested approval last night, and was approved today
ESD is 11th May.

So basically just thought I'd share it with you guys, I'm shocked that my laptops account got approved so quickly, and 1 day response to a support ticket is so much faster than what it's taken in the past :S

I just hope I get my stuff, and my gaming account took about 3 months to verify and its been almost another 2 months since it was approved :O

I know everyone is having similar problems now, I just hope that Freepay get their game back together ASAP and we all get our stuff - I desperately need my Macbook, as this laptop is falling to pieces :S

yeh i think freepay are getting their game back together, i had my ticket answered in about a day and my account wasnt much longer than a week to be verified, i dont see what all the freepay service fuss is about lol :P

Well done mate, however, don't get your hopes up. I have a number of verified accounts, and a few had estimated shipping dates of last month, but I'm still waiting. My £150 Tesco Voucher was due around the 12th March if I remember correctly. I chased it up twice with Freepay, and each time they told me I would "get it next week", and I'm still waiting. I've got that frustrated that I've reported them to the BBB.

What happens if your freebies have not been received by the completion date of your referral, so you still get them?
