I was the first person in the UK to get something from them (knowingly.. (well Trev got his iPod the same day as I did))

But their customer service seams to have highs and low's and at the moment its at a bit of a low, but they always seam to bounce back. Its tax time in the USA so their time could be spent doing tax forms ro trying to offset some costs untill the next tax year perhaps?

Luke, I would honestly say that if you are signed up, go for it! I'm sure you will be able to complete the site within 120 days, and you will be over the moon when you receive your Mac.

It's all well and good telling people to look at the items you've received....
The thing is nobosy is receiving anything from them at the moment and a lot of people have been waiting quite some time
