 | Freepay support and referrals neededFirst a quick question.. how many referrals do you need for a iPod Hi-Fi & Griffin RoadTrip on istuff.freepay. I can't select any except the level 1 gifts in my account. Also, I've read freepay are slow at responding to support tickets. Is this just when it comes time to give the gifts or if you have an actual problem are they just as slow. Someone did a trade with me and they're not receiving the verification emails, he sent a support ticket and since its my last green I'd like it sorted quickly. Is there any chance of this happening with freepay. |

| Re: Freepay support and referrals neededI'm waiting for an iPod Touch... a month passed the ESD... raised numerous tickets, and have started a complaint with BBB... FreePay are terribly slow at doing anything these days.... I guess you'll have to join the queue |

| Re: Freepay support and referrals neededIts weird, I hear all ti bad stuff about freepay, but I've only ever sent 1 ticket and got a response the next day. and my verification was done in under 2 days. Lets hope my luck continues for my ESD but i have my doubts. The ticket I sent was long before verification, it was after my 2nd ref. |
