ARGH!!! im sooo F***ed off!!!!

i got 6 greens on istuff, because i knew 1 would go on hold,

and for some reson they have put 3 on hold!!!! WTF??

i know they havent broke the terms and conditions becuase they were all friends doing it for me as a favour

anyone got any explanations?

how do you know they didn't break the terms and conditions ? how do you know they completed the offer 100% ? did they sign up from the same location ? did they all do the ringtone offer ?

Where did your friends sign up? How did you know that 1 was going to be put on hold?

well, they all showed me the text messages that they recieved, and they all had the appropriate amount of moiney taken.

also, i told them to do it at their own houses, with their own real details and they all did.

Have you tried contacting freepay, by sending in a support ticket???

they will say that they cannot do anything about it from my end, and they will only be able to look into it if my refferals themselves contact freepay.

it was enough to get them to sign up and do an offer, they were reluctant enough, let alone to ask them to send in a support ticket and wait the weeks for a reply :/

but yes i will send it anyway

look at it this way, some people around here have had all their accounts put on hold despite them not doing anything wrong.. atleast that didn't happen to you!!

This has happened to me aswell but still got enough for my porduct btw thgis happened NOT IN VERIFICATIOn just out the blue may be freepays problem! and i am still waiting for DAM verification!
