when i opened my first Support ticket it took three days to reply then a opened another and that one has not been replied to since friday

Thta's what they said to me when I asked for vouchers. They said that my order had been passed on to the fulfilment team, and I can get the vouchers on the ESD... which passed two days ago.

So a month to click the button, then another month for verification to be completed. and then shipping?

still bloody waiting for my camera verification and when I told them I needed it by 8th May I was told the following!!

Your account is set to expire on 29 April. Please let us know once it is closer to that time if you need an extension.

That is disgusting, Email them back and tell them that if they hurry up then you wouldn't have to extend your account.

I think we all need to do something to get there ass into gear.
