Freepay get on my t*ts!!!!!!

It might sond like I'm ungrateful (which I'm not) but Freepay are a bunch of morons!!

For the second time in a couple of months they have promised to send me Amazon vouchers and then sent me the actual gift - first it was for an ipod touch, and now they've sent me a laptop!!! - I wasn't in to take the delivery so now I've got to go and pick it up this evening and then either return it to Amazon (assuming that's where it's come from) or sell it.

I know there are lots of people that would be happy to get a free laptop blah blah blah but how hard is it to send Amazon vouchers instead? - Especially when that's what they said that they would do!!!!

Yes, Freepay are very annoying!

I haven't had the same problem, b ut I've been waiting for at least 2 months for my gaming account to be verified, and they haven't replied to any supposrt tickets for over a week

If I could use any other networks, I would leave Freepay, but at the moment I can't

Owen, first few times I read this i have to admit that i thought 'boo fricking hoo' ... but, on reflection I can indeed see that consistently it must be very vexing for you and I do sympathise.

If they say they are able to do something and are going to something, the fact that they didn't facilitate is quite frankly unacceptable.

I can see how it must sound, and it really isn't than big a deal. Just winds me up when people promise to do something and then don't do it.

I understand where your coming from. When you want the money and have an expensive item on your hands you have to faf around finding a buyer for can be a pain. But things could be worse!

It's not all bad though. I got my return credited for vouchers in four days.
