What the Hell?!!


I just checked my account with Ipods.Freepay just now and it says this:

"Unfortunately you did not complete the requirements to receive your free product within the necessary time period."

I gathered all of my referrals and they were all credited and my account has been going through verification since last Friday (14/12/07)!!!

It doesnt mention that my account had to be verified before the date specified:

"You have until 17/12/2007 to complete the full requirements, including all credits for your referrals."

They put all of my credits on hold because of it and have a nice message at the bottom saying:

"You can still get a free product! You may begin a new account today for any of our other products at Freepay.com"

Anyone know whats going on!!!!? Im so annoyed, i ended up having to pay my last referral to do it for me and everything!!

Just send in a really nast support ticket mentioning the BBB and saying you DID meet the requirements within the time period and see what they say.

It should be OK as you have already submitted for verification. Just support ticket them until they cave in (like they always do)

just to say (and i might be wrong) but they don't put your referrals on hold when your account expires !!! casue lets face it other peoples accounts could/would still be active.

if they've all gone on hold, i'm guessing something else is wrong on top of your account expiring

Hopefully it's exactly what mwoody said or they made a mistake or something.

Keep on them until they sort it out for you... be nice in the support tickets and hopefully they'll sort it for you. If they don't sort it out after the first ticket threaten the BBB etc... that'll do the trick lol!
