 | Email address verificationI have completed ipods.freepay and I need to confirm my email address before ordering. As per usual, when clicking 'send me email..' it does not come through. When I ordered my macbook, they had the old help center which had an option about manually verifying the email address, but after looking all over the help center, i can't find one. I have sent them a support ticket, but i suspect they will send me some automated uselessness as per usual. Does anyone have any advice for me? Cheers, Giles. |

| Re: Email address verificationSame thing happened to me......Would suggest sending the verification email to a googlemail email address and once that comes through (check junkmail), on freepay, change your email address back to the orignal one.  |

| Re: Email address verificationI had this problem 2 days ago, i sent 5 identical support tickets at the same time and i had a response email from them and a verified account within an hour! I've now placed my order and the ESD is 1/11/08 :P

I tried sending tickets without this for ages and never got anywhere, i send 5 identical tickets with my account id in them rather than just stating the site and ta daaa my account was verified.
