confirmation email?

confirmation email?


i joined gifts.freepay last friday and have my 10 greens i need for the iphone
the only prob is in my account it says "you need to verify your account" so i thought fine clicked verify now...no email arrived so since monday ive been clicking the button and still no email lol
support ticket submitted but as yet no answer
just woundering if anyone else has had simular probs on freepay ?

Apparently, just submitting a ticket regarding the email verifiing thing will automatically verify your email for you...., just what I heard somewhere,

i didnt have to as the emails arrived for me

they need to sort it as the yellows are flying in and i aint giving them anymore greens then they need lol
ill be moving to istuff.freepay soon as i get a couple more greens for backup.

Sorry, im confused, is it just me maybe, but those two sentences contradict each other?

And yes, to verify your account you need to create a support ticket and your account will be auto verified within minutes.

ive 10 greens gunna get few more for backup incase of reds!!
once verified ill open a istuff account and so the yellows flow to another site.

try a gmail account

i had this problem when i was using a hotmail account with them

I either dont get the email or i get the email and it is completely blank, i have also tried gmail and the same problem occurs...this is why i was wondering what i need to put in a support ticket to verify it like the guys above said as this seems the only way atm...and i relaly need to verify as i have 11 greens and i do not want to waste them thanks

sorry to bump an old thread but harvez: did you get your confimation email?

ive been waiting ages for them to varify me on gaming.freepay they have today and says i need to get my confimation email, click and it hasnt come stright though, anyone know how long they take?

or change your email addy to a yahoo or gmail one.. then request the confirmation thing again, always used to work...

I know it's an old thread but im on the same boat with the verification links

I have literally lost count of how many support tickets i've sent in the last month and not one has been replied to ....damn Freepay lol

Has anyone ever got a qucker reply from a support ticket based on their email provider? i.e. yahoo rather than hotmail

P.S. I've tried every email provider i can think of to try and receive the link ... with a success rate of 0.0%
