RE: Freeipods.com finally being verified - Only 4 greens.. E

I've just logged on to my freeipods.com account and noticed a new offer. It's another one from ChannelDVD, this time offering Ocean's 12 for £3 as their opening offer.

I checked the terms and conditions and it says that you have to buy 6 more DVDs "at the ChannelDVD price". What it doesn't say is how much that is!

I think I could convince some of my friends to go green for me with that one if the prices are reasonable. Has anyone done this? How much are the DVDs after the introductory offer?

Thanks!

I'm guessing they'll charge the full retail price to make up the money lost on oceans 12. But i dont know, alwasy been suspicious of the unmentioned costs when i saw the top 6 dvds for a penny!

RE: Gamecube

I've managed to bypass the sign in page and see the DVDs and their prices. If anyone else is interested they're mostly on at £13-15.

However, there are a few bargains to be had, my favourite of which is the classic Highlander for a mere £3.99. There are more recent ones a bit cheaper too, like Meet the Fockers at £9.99 and both National Treasure and The Aviator on for £5.99. I guess if you do this offer you just have to keep your eyes peeled for 6 months!

Ooh, and all CDs are £8.99 or less! Maybe this is a better offer than I had at first thought!

I think this is the offer i did when i did a green for you Amanda... i had a look around the site and there were a fair few dvds in the £4-£10 range, depending on how you like you 'classics'! Still, if you're likely to buy 6 dvds in the next two yrs anyway i figured may aswell join it as their prices are pretty decent.
