i f****n hate freepay

freepay has the worst costomer servace ever. the first time i complained i asked if i could have an english 60gb ps3 or £425 gift voucher as im english.
and they replied- the offer is a 20gb ps3 or $400 dollar gift voucher.even though the offer is uk only!!!! i complained twice and got the exact same answer twice. next time i complained because my friend had even sent me a screenshot proving he had been credited for an offer and i didnt get credited. they then replied back saying that he probably didnt sign up under me even though i had him down as a yellow on my account.
i dumped freepay and joined freebiejeebies and so far my impressions are great iv talked to customer survace and actually talked to someone and didnt get a preset answer thrown in my face

looks like you might be a one off at the mo.. as they've just shipped alot of gifts out and seem to be answering ppl within hours.. at the end of the day, if you've signed up to a site thats offering a 20gb ps3, then why are you asking for a 60gb ps3 ??

yeah i they did answer quick just with crappy answers. im not really bothered about the 20gb ps3 i just want an English one or English money not dolars as the deal i did was uk only

I feel for you but you got remember that Freepay are a American company which have UK offers. This does not mean that can pay you in GBP. Whever the company is located, that will be their cash gift equilivent. They will pay you in that currency. Personally I would take the gift voucher and get something off amazon or whatever.

i wish i could but i never got enough referals. well i think i did but they did not count a couple of my mates even though they have been confirmed on their pc

sorry but I think your moaning about nothing... the ps3 would have been a uk model as it would have been ordered and sent from amazon uk ! as for your refs, if you truely believe they're all meant to be green, email your proof as well as getting your refs to email them as well to the email addy posted yesterday and i'm sure if you're right they'll sort something for you !
