How to involve BBB?

Hi

I have read several threads in this forum which recommend involving the BBB almost immediately to speed things up. My question is - what grounds have I got for involving them? I understand how I could be justified in getting them involved after 30 days, but some people are saying they have involved the BBB at a much earlier stage.

BBB you have in effect paid and not received your goods.
Your payment was working on behalf of Freepay therefore just get them involved, the more complaints they get the better in my opinion

IMO, the BBB should only be involved after the promised stated days have past. Many people abuse it, and involve them from the start hoping for a quicker verification, simply by bullying freepay with this. I have seen by looking at some threads that there's been an improvement over the past few months, im sure people have been getting their gifts faster and faster (even though this is still around 3 - 4 months after verification)

You dont really have any grounds from involving them from the start as they have not yet let you down.

dont take this thread as me sticking up for freepay (as ive never recieved a gift from them) its just about using the BBB organisation correctly.

Exactly, if you do it from the start your complaint is groundless and just burdens BBB and freepay with unnessesary work.

I tend to agree. I can't really see that I have grounds to involve them yet, and it will probably just slow it down for other people. Once they've had their 30 days, it will be a different story....
