Yes, if you go to www.royalmail.com you will see a bit where you can enter your 15 digit reference number. Please note though that recorded deliveries are exactly what they say, recorded on delivery.....not anywhere inbetween, so if it goes missing there is no way of knowing where it went missing. A Special delivery letter is more expensive but is tracked all the way from sender to recipient.

They have acknowledged receipt of my form they got on 7th January for gaming.freepay! Funnily enough, a day after I raised a bbb complaint lol

I also raised a BBB complaint after delayed verification and no response to support tickets. That seemed to do the trick and FreePay assured the BBB that my iPod would be shipped by 8th March...

Will let you know in a few days !

It's now the 12th March....no iPod from FreePay....status still says shipping 8th March.

Maybe they meant 2008 -

UPDATE: Using the online tracking site thing, it's just emailed me to say that the item has been delivered.

So after 17 days of posting it, it's now in FreePay's hands who hopefully will validate my account a.s.a.p (now there's a hope)

Just for reference, I still have no record of delivery to Freepay as it still hasn't shown up on usps.com, even though Freepay have received it and the ipod has been shipped!

has anyone been hit with import tax on any of the freepay stuff ?
my dad orderd a metal detector other week it was marked as a gift, but still got wacked with a £45 import charge.
I rang the customs office and they said even if its a gift coming from a non EU country you have to pay duty after the first £36.
ie gifts worth £36 you dont pay import tax owt after £36 u pay @ 17.5% duty .

My 360 was ordered from amazon uk so no worries about tax there. Not sure where the ipods come from though.

Thanks for the info. I posted mine via recorded delivery 14 days ago and according to the royal mail it still hasn't arrived. Couldn't freepay just not sign for it?
