recorded delivery isnt worth diddly tbh.
what you have tp pay for is internationaly signed for, but as the gratis people have a P.O box then even signed for is no good, as nobody has to sign for a P.O box.
ill send another 1st class int 1 of them will arrive lol

Yes but with tracked delivery your letter is tracked every step of the way. It tells you the exact date and time it was delivered so you know Freepay can not deny receiving it.

Now you have no proof and therefore they can deny receiving it by the required date.

Send one signed for. Cost me £4.50 or something and it was delivered 3 weeks back and no change on my account yet. But I have proof of when it was received.

How are you going to prove they received it if your account status does not change in time

My iPodFreepay approval form got to them on 8th December. The account status reflects that but not a bean since.

How long do I leave it before I start complaining? And what excactly can I do to push it along anyway.

Have tried to be patient but almost two months now.....

There's no point being patient with Freepay, it's not a small network that the owners will get annoyed if you pester them. Send them periodic support tickets, if they don't get answered, open up a complaint with the BBB, and then send them support ticket with details of your BBB complaint and number.

i sent mine normal airmail. cost me 72p and took as long as stated in my signature

So 12 days until they recive it then. I posted it on the 25th at lunch time so it should be with them by the 6th of February.

Well that form better get to them. There's still no record of it in America and my ipods.freepay account has now expired. If it gets lost or something then I won't get my ipod and I will be one unhappy man!

Still no record of this form in America. If it doesn't get there by the 6th I'll have a hissy fit! They would need to reopen my account for my order when they get it!
