help with signing up pls

Tryd to sign up for someone this morning, but when i follow the link and sign up, i get "Xbox 360 - Premium Edition"

You have until 19/8/2006 to complete the
full requirements, including all credits for
your referrals.

I have never signed up to this site ever! id never even heard of freebie sites like this till oct last year.

This is a green exchange so would really like some advice, i know u will say raise a ticket but as the account supposidly has expired i dont have the support option.

You say you signed up and then got that status. If so then it must be a problem on their end with getting dates wrong. If the status screen came up when you visited the site then try logging out to see if any of your usual passwords will get you back in. Are you sure you can't go to your account and find the relevant section to ask them about it?

looked theres no support option at all just simply do dont's etc
funny i got an email from them this mornign requsting to verify my account, i thought great they have sorted it.
but soon as i sign in i get the crap about the account ending last aug and sign up to another offer

You can raise a support ticket. My account was expired 6 months before i asked for the extra month.

Goto help, My question is about my current account status, I still have a question and would like to contact customer service.

And input your question in the box. They reply on the account! Easy if you look at it a bit closer.
