Fair enough Danny, that's Exceems decision. A slight re-word may be in order, but I dont actually say anything about the Terms of the offer that ScreenSelect dont make perfectly clear themselves.

RE: Re: Harry Potter 6

I'm signed up only once with Freeipods.com I can assure you that. Just ask my friend Miles

I've edited my address details, and I'll contact Screenselect soon. I'm just not a fan of giving my address out, as you can never be sure about spam being sent to your address.

As for card details, that's secure and they'll never see them, hence why I don't mind.

No corporate company will spam - and I bet there was a few check boxes when siging up asking if you wanted any extra stuff in the post.

Its not any excuse for this or any type of fraud.

NO - beacuse they are paid for referring you in the first place - they wont pay out for the same person to use the trail or full service.

How is it fraud if I didn't give a real address? I gave them my ****ing card details.

If I'd have given fake card details then yes maybe so...

RE: iPod Hacking Forum!!!

How can you not see it's fraudulent??! I mean I don't wanna be harsh here but your actually being stupid. The information you gave was false, therefore you were being fraudulent.

Google definition of fraudulent:

Quote:
deceitful: intended to deceive;

New Keyboard

Why was I deceiving them? I've signed up, they have my card details. Most companies stick down the address but never need it, just like a phone number.

I didn't plan to try and 'deceive' the system, or fake it, I merely made up an address for security, until I could be assured it was legit and I wouldn't get spam through.

Not only that but I didn't plan to rent any DVD's anyway!

but that is what the company DOES! there job is not to get you freen on a 'free' site. there job is to give you DVD rentals - can you not see that?

RE: I will give £5 to any greeners on minimacgiveaway.co.uk!

Its fraudulent activity - would you supply a bank the same false information ? It may not be de-fraduing screenselect but it is defauding freeipods as they stand a massive chance in lossign the comission they would have been paid.

Another outburst of that kind of language will result in you being removed from this forum, this is a family safe site and we will not tololerate out bursts like that.

You have been warned.
