| iBook | Re: FreePay worth it?I got an Xbox 360 from them, it took me forever. I really really complained about them on here the customer service was terrible (Automated responses) every step of the process was really really slow. I said i'd never use them again . . . but I am actually doing the laptop one, 20 refs for an ibook . . can't be bad. So in summary your product will arrive but don't expect any niceties like you get with a company like real incentives, you wont get freepay coming on here or getting back to you swiftly |

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?I've been put off freepay because of the generally bad press they've been getting round here. I know a couple of people here are waiting on 360s from freepay, might have another look at the network in the new year if those materialise. |

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?I have read the bad press on here about them, but there is just something about only needing 5 people for a 30gb ipod, that is considerably lower than anywhere else. With that low number of referrals, im hoping there wont be as many problems as there would be going for items that required more referrals. Less people to be put on hold, not receive credit etc. |

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?I just got a 360 from them yesterday. No problems atall, verified in 2 days and item received in about 5 weeks. I had no response to my support questions though so if you do run into problems with the network then you'll probably have a tough time trying to get it sorted. |

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?as far as i know they've never completely ripped someone off. i'm doing gifts.freepay now. 5 for a 30gb, 10 for a 360 and 20 for a laptop. They're just very very slow. |

| iBook | Re: FreePay worth it?isn't there a thread somewhere by matkavs where he's been completely ripped off by them? Don't quote me on that and i'm sure you're right Biggad that they wouldn't completely do you over, just take their time in getting you your stuff |

(any chance of an update, would be interested to hear) I'm on the 30gb iPod trail. Sent my approval form off to the States earlier in the week. Took me just over six weeks to get 8 greens (I needed 5) from 80 referrals and support tickets were answered promptly. Proof of the pudding will be receiving the goods but they seem like a long established network.

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?Do you need to complete an offer with freepay before your referrals go through? I know this may seem like a stupid question, but they lay out of the accounts page on freepay is different from other freebie sites. |

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?They were the best once upon a time....but since their 90 day and form rubbish, people don't bother with them. Having said that, they are sending out items again - so for a beginner, it's worth a try |

![]() | Re: FreePay worth it?What seems to be the average time that freepay take to respond to a support ticket? I've raised 2 within the last 3 weeks and have yet to hear anything from them |

| Call me Ben .... | Re: FreePay worth it?Erm no offernce mate but this post is over a month old! Any way to reply to your question, this is freepay we are talking about! Have never tried a freepay site myself so am unsure of what the usual is, but i wouldn't expect mega quick replies! 3 weeks is a bit long though. Send another one in if i was you.
