Is it possible to change your gift level after you have signed up? I signed up to give someone a referral and so i could join in on the conga but i only wanted to go for a level 1 gift and they automatically chose a level 3 gift for me

You need to send them ticket and ask them. They will probably say no but you never know.

I asked them about changing my gift to a higher level and they agreed but I'm still waiting for an answer now that I've asked them to do this.

Nothing ever works out for me when doing Freepay lol.....i submitted a support ticket asking them to either change the levels or completely delete the account explaining that i only signed up today and what went wrong with the levels, then i told them i would sign up through the same email again and would complete the esycinema offer..... do you think they'll do it for me?

I didn't even know there was an easy DVD offer or is it on higher lvl gifts?
I imagine that would take longer then the Celldorado offer as you usually have to receive a DVD first don't you?

Edit - How long does it take after getting all your greens to actually receiving the gift on freepay?

It is on the list for 8Gb Ipod touch (level 1) It is now greyed out with big red ticks overlying it meaning it is completed.

Is it showing as a yellow or green yet?

The ref number was 42299243
I put in my email addy & password & went straight to the offer.
As I said previoulsy it has big red ticks over it now & tells me I have completed my offer.
How can we check this has gone alright as I have completed the offer. Is it worth putting a support ticket in, or leave it a wee while?

barb.clo is one of my refs, looks like LA signed up under me, she's gone green too! You should have said a little earlier that you signed up LA, now I've received 3 greens from the conga and the person whose top has only received one. What now?!
