They shouldn't be signing up under you unless they intend to do an offfer straight away! If anyone needs to check offers on the site, they can check with you so there's no reason why they shouldn't unless they're waiting for money to come into thewir account or something

signed up, not sure how freepay works, the front page is still showing 10 required, but the refer friends page shows 9 and a green smiley face!!

yeh it will say 10 required meaning how much needed for that gift, on the front page until you have all 10 referrals! lol but when you click refer friends it will show your lovely greens right at the top...starting with ravness
