Gaming Club Casino offer-Bad experience!

Well, i've registered to the Gaming Club Casino offer, made a deposit, played the slots and "lucky me" i won 250$(Credits). I played a little more and when my balance was 201$ i decided to stop and withdraw the winnings.

When i tried this there was that i can withdraw only 100$, because the other 100$ was just bonus. I was like "trollface: okay", anyway there was a clearly 90$ profit for me(because of 10$ deposit). I requested the withdraw to my moneybookers account. I was really happy for this, who don't like free easy money))

Today i tried to open the game program, just to see if everything is ok. Hell no, a message appeared "Your account is locked" xD .

The support in the live chat said that my country is not accepted

In the other casino offer "Jackpot City Casino" they refused me when i tried to register, so that's allright, at least they haven't let me deposit.

In their Terms and Conditions i found this "1.3.1 We may refuse to register you as a player or elect to deregister and exclude you or suspend you as a player from the Casino and/or Poker Room at any time and for any reason whatsoever. "

That's really funny, you make a deposit of 1000$, win 5000$ and they can just block your account for any reason whatsoever(it's raining outside).

I don't know why i'm writing it, but i just need to calm down somehow, because i made some good plans for that 100$

p.s. at least i was green on FJ just after a few hours, so it's not so bad))

Look through their ToS and see if they have anything mentioning countries that are not allowed/accepted, if not then surely they don't have the power to remove your money?

I looked in their ToS(Gaming Club Online Casino ? Casino Rules, Terms and Conditions) and nothing mentioned about non-accepted countrys. But the article in their ToS that they can exclude and suspend any account with any reason says for itself, they just don't let people(or at least me xD) to win from them.

well my country is not on the list(Republic of Moldova) and i was there not for free money or free spins, i have made my deposit.

I agree, there T&C's could be a little more clearer but that doesnt make it a bad offer overall.
Sympathies on you losing out on $100 though, can see why your vexed

Also they should have picked up on your country from your sign up, if Moldova is not accepted then why have it as an option?
