| as soon as they register they pretty much immediately come up on your account... As for after they've completed their offer, i'm not sure but i'd imagine it varied from site to site, offer to offer!  As for getting referrals? Word of mouth, Omegle, Chatrooms, forum sigs, website/blog? Anyone else feel free to correct me :P |

 | Yeah the methods posted above are good methods. Also create your own website, google and learn what SEO is. Look around the forum for tips and you should get some ideas on how to get started  .And for appearing on your account referrals appear as soon as they've signed up but for offers turning green (completed) this could be anywhere between immediately to 6 months or longer for some of the banking offers so it completely varies!
