Really quite dreadful conversions....

In the past week I have had a fairly acceptable number of sign ups on my apple.freebiejeebies account, however, I have just done a couple of calculations and I have had 7 pendings and and 6 greens which is 2.26%, and that is if all of them convert.

I wonder how much longer the freebie scene is viable, as I hold a couple of quite good rankings (and work hard to keep them there).

Nevermind that most of the new pendings are Halifax and therefore I don't even really count them.

A 1% conversion rate must be rubbish in anyone's book.

Anyone else having a hard time? (come on, it can't just be me!)

Lol... and I thought that was pretty good! It's what I've been used to, but then I only came into power during the touch times and have never tasted the glory!

I got quite excited when my ratio dropped from 1:75 to 1:68

When Coral, LoveFilm and that old post office card offer were running well back in the day i'd be getting a green per 5 sign-ups! Conversions dropped when Coral was dropped and when it came back, i never had the same success.

Then Lovefilm got dropped and now conversions have become so terrible i've given up completely on the freebie scene. Strictly trying affiliate websites now.

Does anyone think that the freebie scene would benefit from removing internationals and going back to UK/US/Can + a few selected countries? Would offers stay around longer? Etc

Well i think it will be much lower soon, since i will run my website soon and then i think many will sgin up without complating offers

How many reds do you have though? I'm doing calculations with ~7,000+ so the figures may differ!

Yup, conversions have been bad for a while, not worth trying to calculate the ratio to be honest.
