Permission to use peoples Proof Pics please?

Hello,

I am but a mere noob who would like to use any / all Proof Images of fellow FJ'ers that have recieved their free gift. Apple products (iPad) perfered, but all would be greatly appreciated. I would like to use these images in some type of montage form for my own promotional video. I will gladly return the favor.

Please only post your images if you are willing to allow for them to be used as a creative for promotional purposes.

But if you want to use my images just do an advanced search for 'threads started by MJ10 in the IGMFI section'. Plenty to choose from!

Thank you. This is an Official Thread however, Official to me and the other Members that will benefit from the gracious acts of kindness given forth by the individuals who give permission to use their images. Generally speaking, a thread is as Official as the OP wants it to be. The way the thread title reads now looks as though I am asking for permission to even say the word please as it is followed by a question mark. If this thread is going to remain unofficially official, it may be wise to atleast re-title to: Post Your Proof Images Here.

Most people have already posted their proof images in the I Got My Free Item section and state on the post that people can use the pictures. This is just another thread that will end up with the usual response of "Use any of mine out of the IGMFI section"

BTW You can use any of mine for the IGMFI section.

Exactly, which is why I was trying to create an Official hub. I guess I will now have to sift through hundreds of threads like those before me. I see coffee in my immediate future.

If we post all our IGMFI images here it would be the same thing. To find an image would mean sifting through hundreds of pages in the thread. Instead we created a section for it, which allowed people to create their own thread and also for others to congratulate them. The section also made it easier for people to post an RSS feed on their site.

My point is, it would be the same result if we posted the images in a thread or in a section. Posting them in a section has those extra benefits so that's why we don't put them all in one thread.

Yea i suppose, although i know it's real, the text could be added to any picture of a Mini, maybe if you cba then you can add text onto paper and put it in the windscreen.

It was tongue in cheek to be fair, the text was added to an image I picked up on Google, although it is the identical car.

Maybe I should go and spray "Freebiejeebies" on the bonnet and take a real pic

I actually think you should pose with the car and a banner! Would be the best proof ever! (Amy should do it with her house too!)

Why not have a sticky closed thread in the IGMFI section that mods could post any new images posted in threads to.
Closed so it doesn't get filled with crap, images only.

If any tight arsed bugger doesn't want to let an image be used they can report the post to have it removed.

If anybody wants this, i will get round to it, was just about to the freebies received this week actually so can incorporate into.

It can be done, but mods are busy people and this may take some time. Although I know Ryan does well at keeping up the weekly freebies threads so maybe he's willing to update a pictures thread too!

Wow, thank you! As I am in need of Apple Product Proof Images only, this would help me so very much. Any idea when it will be available? I need the images yesterday and have many to choose from here, but I don't use anything without permission which the sticky would remedy.

It would be something i would do as i went along with the 'Freebies received this week' if people wanted me to do it of course, not set in concrete at the moment.
