Using 'Package Opening' Images As Creatives

Is anyone familiar with what the stipulations are in regard to using the ever present FJ package opening images that are visible on their site (or others)? I would like to use them as a tool / creative to show a potential Referral that it is in fact possible to receive free products by displaying the proof.

Who has the rights to these images?

generally speaking the rights are with the creator.... the vast majority of them have been created by Exceem members, and tend to contain their user name....... maybe post the ones you want to use on here and asak permission.... generally speaking we are a friendly bunch and will say yes.
