Help needed please guys

Hi Guys,
I have posted this before but cannot find the thread to repost in it. I asked a while back for help with getting referrals and any tips. Well, I'm after some proper answers this time.

I will do all the needed work myself but am looking for someone or a few people to answer some of my questions. I would like to know about good website designs, marketing, advertising (as a back up plan) and a few other things. As said before I will do all the work, fund all the advertising etc but am looking for someone to be a sort of 'mentor'. Preferably someone who has recieved quite a bit from these sites like FJ (which is most of you).
