I got a "blockscript" lockout when I try to access from my iPhone using 3G.

I didn't think you were going to implement the changes Rich?

I turned the security down a notch but still implemented it. I'm surprised it blocks you on 3G as it still let's me access on my phone. I'll have to have a think of the best solution

I've just been blocked again, this time at home and on my VPN. Is this meant to happen?

Yes it is, your not allowed to access on a VPN.
