Just a quick update about this offer - we can't get the free trial back unfortunately - both us and Lee have tried and they are not willing to try this again. However, (and a big thanks to Lee for including us in his negotiations, we've always worked together on things like this

) we have managed to get an improved offer for you.

The 2-4-1 deal is now improved greatly so now to complete the offer the user needs to sign up for one month with Lovefilm and they match that and give the user another month free

No second payment is required for offer credit (this was required previously) so they just have to pay for one month and they'll get another free (of whatever package they selected). That's it. As the second payment is no longer required the pending status will no longer be over 90 days, they just have to receive a DVD

I don't think Lee has got round to updating the offer yet but it will be soon

I think lovefilm should be removed completely. They have effectively killed the freebie scene, it's always been hard to get greens but never as hard as it is now. By keeping lovefilm offers up they are still going to make money from those doing their offers which I really don't think they deserve.

But Az87aris, they are a business, they are not here to provide charity to us freebiehunters, if you ran a business offering a service, found it wasn't sustainable as it is, what would you do? Make changes, which is exactly what Lovefilm have had to do. You can't blame them for removing the free trial, just thank them that they offered it at all.
