i new to freebie jeebies and i wanted to know how do i make my referrals status as completed

You need to do an Offer of the site, and after that your referral status is completed.

To get your status completed, do an offer.
To get your refferal's status completed, send them an email saying something like "Thanks for signing up under my link on freebiejeebies. I will help you. The next thing you need to do to getting your chosen gift is to complete an offer! These are easy to do... blah blah blah"
