Hey everyone,

I just tried to get my girlfriend to sign up for the Gala Bingo offer, but when she tried to go to the second step of the offer, she gets an error, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

Review all of your details in Step 1. If there is a missing box, fill it in if needed. Make sure the information put in the form is legit.
If none of this works, then I don't know.

Thanks mate but she already tried that haha.

In fact I also tried that one and I got the same error so I did the Little Bid Tasty offer instead - BOTH interested me btw!

i had the same problem with this when signing up for hdtv.freebiejeebies earlier in the week. if its saying username already taken, you can click on log in (top right corner i think). then you can add £5 funds from the home page. It tracked fine for me doing it this way, as went green 24hrs later.

This will not track. If it says you've signed up before you cannot complete this offer.

Ah ok, I thought he meant using a different 'login' button to take you to the 'sign-up' page via a different route, sign up then add the funds.

I will not get my girlfriend to try this method. I am just waiting for her to wake up to try and get this error code for you lol. We were 'out' last night. :P

Hey, I got that print screen for you. Same error, there isn't an error code, its just an error page.

Would you like me to open a tick on her behalf or would you prefer if she did it? either way the print screen will be attached

You would need to contact Gala support as any errors with their registration is not something we can control.

I hadnt signed up before doing the offer. it said error after completing step 1, so i tried again and this time it said 'username already taken'. thats when i clicked on home page and logged in from there and finished the offer. it tracked fine as it went green 48hrs later.
