Taking much time processing the order

I do know that Moviedrome has mad a couple of recent posts - but remember their presence on the forum is a bonus!! (and yes I know for the pedants out there the benefit is as much theirs as ours)

Dav7 - we must be having problems getting your chosen gift to you. Could you please send in a ticket, stating you have been waiting since July and that I asked you to contact us please? (this is to ensure you don't just get a standard reply back telling you orders can take 7 days).

What are the processing times for a bank transfer these days? Has been a while since I got something from freebiejeebies, usually they're pretty quick but i've been processing for a couple of weeks!

Hi Corky, I did all the bank transfers (and most other orders) last night, I'm pretty sure you were included but let me know if not. I brought orders up to date a week before that at the most so I'd be surprised if you were processing for 2 weeks - if you were though, I'm sorry you must've slipped through the net.

I'm trying to do orders at least once a week so no-one should wait longer than around 7 days (unless stock issues for physical gifts), although obviously we hope it will be less than this for the majority of you.

I think I pressed verify on both my consoles and apple around the same time, yet I've got my consoles transfer and my apple isn't verified?

Probably just me remembering incorrectly but thought I would mention it.

Yes, it could have been as little as one day apart, because I did a batch of verifs and then included all accounts up to that date when I processed the orders (so some accounts were verified and processed on the same day).

I'll be doing more verifs tomorrow and will get the orders placed from those verifs asap.

Hi, sorry you are right it may only have been a week... was verifying for a while so lost track of what was going on. I'm usually more patient but my Birthday is coming up and just wanted to check i'd have the money in time. Just as I post to ask the bank transfer is in my account!
