So nearly 45% of the work will go waste. I know FJ protects their advertisers do extensive checks for a week before putting the referrals on hold. But 45% rejection is too much . Again if its only me then i want to know what my referrals are doing wrong mostly. i know ip/guiding/same card/address/etc are there.

It's worth pointing out that revokeds have nothing to do with us. They are offers declined by the advertiser.

On hold is something we have done and is because our terms and conditions have been broken. Some methods give worse quality than others and whilst we can't tell you exactly what has happened it is usually fairly clear.

It's also worth saying that some holds are not permanent, often if they have created another account and haven't used it then we're happy to reinstate once the other has been removed. Difficult to say as I don't know the specifics of your case.

Your figures make our ratios look good 68 greens out of 2359 reds compared with 66 out of 3897

Thanks for clarifying .

I know I was working that out. I have a higher revoke/on-hold % on FJ but also a higher complete ratio.

However I still think something needs to be done to boost both networks. I'm really trying to figure out what, but there has to be something that gets some of those 6256 reds going and completing!

Perhaps a thorough split testing of the offers description could increase conversion and reduce the overall revoke rate. For example, looking at the CreditReport.com offer it says:

Quote:
To complete this offer with enrollment in creditreport.com. (USA Only)
First off, I don't know about use but the sentence doesn't make sense :P. Maybe that could be tweaked to focus more on the fact that it's a trial with CreditReport.com

The Intuit offer description also looks like an essay, I know use are trying to ensure they abide by the T&Cs of the offer, but perhaps in could be reworded shorter and better?

Quote:
To complete this offer subscribe to the 30 day free trial and create a website. You must not cancel immediately or the offer will be revoked. A credit card is required to complete this offer and virtual/prepaid cards are not permitted. If you sign up without a credit card you will not be credited.

Surely the person will see a credit card is required to complete the offer when they get there. Let Intuits sales page do the talking before scaring them off with 'credit card required' statements. The more sales pages referrals read to choose an offer, the more likely they will convert.

P.S. Also Richard, would it be possible to set up an offers newsletter letting us know which offers are performing best and in which countries? Details about when new offers are added and old taken away could also be added, thanks.

Chris

The credit report offer's description is mandatory unfortunately, they insist that is the wording we use.

I take on board the intuit requirements though, perhaps I can make that clearer. People were signing up to a later email without a credit card which is why I put in about the card. I'll have a think.

We're in the process of doing some work on the sites so I will see if we can set up some form of offers alert.

I think it will be interesting to see a nice email template used throughout the email updates, helps build trust and looks more professional.

How to get on Hold account to green status.

option A. We email the person saying please contact fj i am loosing 17 pounds.
or option B. Simply FJ send them a email telling account is one hold contact us,

(question does FJ claim money for the on hold accounts from advertisers.)

Not necessarily, it depends why they are on hold. There's a prominent message on all their accounts telling them they're on hold and to contact us if they think it is wrong.
