Finished intuit but no green.


hi my name is Andrew, i finished the intuit offer about 1 week and a half ago and still it says no offer completed, i am getting very frustrated as i gave up my credit card information and my personal details but still no result could someone please assist me here? i edited and published my website and filled perfectly all the good details in my personal and billing info sheet.. still not completed please help me!

Hey andrew!

The best thing to do would be to send a support ticket to FJ. That way you will know for sure as there isnt anything that people on here can do.

Hey don't give up. When I did the Intuit offer it didn't track for me either, so I contact fj support, just have to give them 24 hours to respond. And make sure you send them the information they ask for. If after 24 hours they don't respond, try responding again in a new support ticket.

Don't keep sending in multiple support tickets if you don't get a response within 24 hours. This just causes more delays for other people.

FJ staff are human beings with lives/jobs outside of FJ (being parents being the main job for them at the minute! ) so cut them a little slack, there is no need to send in more than one support ticket unless you haven't heard back within a few days (which is very uncommon for FJ).
