Account in hold and another 3 accounts too

Hi,

I invite 6 people to join Freebiejeebies and to get a gift. They sign up and complete the offer, now I send my account to verify and FJ put my account hold and 3 of people I invite too.
This 6 guys are my friends and all of them make the account and complete the offer in their house.

Different person, different ip... What's the reason? I sent a ticket to know this. My friends will begin their try to a gift before my "successful" experience, but now some guys are hold and the other three don't will try when they know this situation.
I can ask to them, to scan and put here (private message) or in a support ticket their identification card and other information... It is an unfair hold of 4 accounts (my and my 3 friends).

Sorry for my bad english.

You've done all you can do by sending in a support ticket, there is nothing anyone here can do for you.

FJ don't put accounts on hold without a valid reason so something must have been flagged during while verifying your account.

Out of interest, which offers did you and your friends complete?

Pingo, they can't complete Pingo too? I don't read nothing about it.

Hello , I've experienced this too , also my referrals .The problem is this : Their TOS states that you are not allowed to walk a referral into signing up to a specific offer and They must use real valid data.

When you contanct them you will be required to submit proof of this.
And it's kind of normal .. they want real people with real data to do this. While you may or may not have a website or a real source is their duty to make sure you respected the TOS.

Best of all !

As suggested it may just be because you all did the same offer so it appears that you may have 'walked' your referrals through the signup process, especially if you all signed up and completed the offers around about the same time.

I don't really understand the issue with 'walkthroughs' apart from it makes it unfair to the other offer providers.

You've sent a ticket for your account being on hold, your referrals will each need to send a ticket to sort their own accounts out.

If you and your referrals have done nothing wrong you will be fine, sometimes accounts just need futher investigation.

the issue with walkthroughs is not just that it's unfair to other advertisers. To use the example given if you walk someone through pingo:

Sign up here here and here, click here, make deposit via paypal by doing this, then type in this number to make a call. The chances are then very low the user has actually experienced the service so is unlikely to return. If they try it themselves they might actually find it useful.

I can't comment on this situation (the on holds) as I don't know the details but just wait for a reply to your support ticket.
