Verifications and Orders

Guys, just a heads up and a request for some understanding over the next couple of weeks please.

As most of you will have read, Rich is now a proud daddy to a beautiful baby boy and is very rightly enjoying some family time and getting to grips with the wonderful world of what I fondly remember as 'Nutella nappy explosions' time.

You should see little change on Support, as this will remain priority. There may be some delays with verifications and orders, and I ask you to please bear with me.

I will be doing some verifications this evening but I think I have ones on my list from 5th still so waiting times are likely to keep tipping over the 7 day mark over the next couple of weeks.

Please if you can refrain from bombarding eXceem with threads asking for updates, wait times etc just for now. I assure you I am doing as much as I can, but my little MiniEgg still wakes for a night feed and rarely naps unless he's lying on me so this restricts what I can do in the day.

And no Support ticket requests for priority treatment please as I will put you to the BACK of the queue!

Then you are kind of missing the point of the thread. I don't know when you will be verified, and I'm not providing an estimate. It will be done (as with everything) as fast as I can. The more replies I have to post on here, the less time I have to deal with FJ.

to be fair Alex you are missing the point of his post! He was verified on the 4th, you said that you were working from the 5th onwards currently....

she maybe looking into now probably. im sure it depends considering she maybe the only one working at FJ atm. i dont know any other FJ staff member apart from richard and alex.

As far as I think I know there is Simon (Alex's husband), and Will - (Richards brother) but this may well not still be the case.

Nobody knows how long it will take, you will just have to wait it out like the rest of us. Patience goes a long way.

Yes, and we HAD done all to that date. It quite often happens that people forget the date they pressed the verify button, or feel like they've been verifying for longer than they have.

Edited to say: I was talking about verifs, I've just read his post again and he had been verified - he was asking when his order would be processed.
