Do you need advice on completing an offer, thats not a problem at all.... if you want us to complete an offer for you then thats a no no.

The above post meant that we are not allowed to 'walk people through' the offer process.

That's exactly what we're talking about - giving detailed instructions is not allowed here. If you have questions we can answer them, but we are not allowed to walk you through the process.

At the moment nope, although there are some where PayPal is allowed.

No it isn't, just use your own details and payment details and read over the ToS and you should be fine.
