It can take anything from a couple of days to about 2 weeks.
2 weeks is the longest vie ever waited for an order after being processed, but that was during a period of time where they were experiencing problems with the support and orders had become backed up.
usually its about a week, we were processed last weekend and will possibly be ordered and finalised over this coming weekend,

The longest i have had to wait is 2 weeks also, i got within a few days once but it really depends on how busy they are i guess so you can't really be given a time frame.
