Just smacks of a silly kid that's had his bum slapped. His first post was asking if he could create multiple emails to sign up with, so I posted back, politely that he couldn't and explained that it was against rules and would see his account suspended. Cue the barrage of abuse, insults, threats and demands for me to apologise via both comments and PM's  Pretty sure he'll end up here soon enough asking why his account is on hold :P
