Has FJ Service Got Worse?


I use to claim items/custom orders from Freebiejeebies and they would immediately respond, being very helpful in the process. However in recent months, they have taken a few weeks to respond, claiming my referrals are invalid and putting that user on hold.
I've just asked for a custom order, how long would they now take to respond?
Has anyone else had these problems in recent months?

the only thing i can think of is because of the time of year? they will have a back log i would imagine from the festive period etc. they always get back to me within 48 hrs which i think is very reasonable considering the amount of work they put in.

It depends what you mean. Verifs were totally up to date on Friday but support tickets were a bit behind. Nothing like a few weeks though. No one has ever waited that long for a response and they're normally all answered within 24 hours.

Also users on hold is nothing to do with our service. If your referrals break the rules they'll go on hold.

Well since you have been a member since 2008, if in that time you had been here more active you would have seen that Freebiejeebies have a staff issue atm as one of the owners has just had a baby, they have also been dealing with massive fraud from members predominately overseas.

Overall FJ have and still continue to deliver a great service, if only they could get the Lovefilm free trial back which some networks seem to still be running.

I wouldn't mind faster verification times..but other than that every thing seems good.

I think its to do with the site type, Xpango are slightly different apparantly....

Hey guys, just wanted to apologise for any apparent reduction of service over the last couple of months. I was a bit over-ambitious as to how much time I would be able to spend on FJ following the birth of Finlay.

I'm helping when I can but Fin obviously takes priority - I was under the impression that newborns sleep a lot, well mine doesn't fit into the stereotype! He has slept really well at night since birth and now treats me to the occasional 7 or 8 hours unbroken sleep in a night Unfortunately though he doesn't sleep in the day hardly at all unless he is being held, which means I have one arm free at best!

Rich has been doing an awesome job of holding the fort (thanks Rich, you know I really appreciate it) and so generally our service standards haven't been too far short of normal levels, however I'm sorry for any shortfalls.

I'm teaching Fin how to use my iPhone and he should be helping on Support in the next month or so!
