Is there any way to copy all reds in one go rather than copying and pasting one at a time?

just copy all the info. emails refferal numbers everything..... when you paste into the recipent box it only puts in the emails. the refferal ids etc are all taken out automatic. save loads of time

Or another way is to scroll down to the bottom of the page of referrals, hold CTRL key and left click on the very bottom referral email address, hold both CTRL and left click and slide mouse up the page till it scrolls to the top, once you have done that, still holding CTRL, just left click once on the greens or the ones you don't want to email which will deselect them one at a time. Then simply copy and paste the list to the "to" box on the email you have composed.

Yeah that'd be ok if you were emailing all the referrals in the list but I was thinking if you are wanting to deselect people who have already gone green? I wouldn't wanna email a green really.

Then use the filter at the bottom of your freebiejeebies page that shows you all your referrals and choose the "not completed referrals" option.

This will remove greens and pendings and leave only people who havent done offers and use the program I mentioned or similar.
