| FJ Network Owner | Where the email addresses are identical the signup form has submitted twice. I can't fix it because I can't replicate the problem (when I try it says user already registered) We don't put accounts on hold for this

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just wanted to add that if I come across these duplicate accounts where the email address is exactly the same, I will automatically remove the dormant account(s) and the active account will still count as a valid referral. We don't need to be contacted by you or by the referral for this to happen, but if you think one has been placed on hold in error please get in touch and let us know the account IDs so we can check it. |
