 | Referrals not appearing?Hey, I've been talking to a few people online and convinced them to be referrals, but for some reason they're just not appearing on my status page. I've had one of them describ what's on the page he's looking at, so h wasn't lying, but for some reason the referral just hasn't appeared, not even a red. This happened before with a friend of mine who actually did an offer, but I assumed he'd just copied the link wrong or something (I have had referrals since then, though). This is really frustrating. Anybody have any ideas why it's happening? |

 | Double check the link you are giving them is the correct one from the Refer Friends tab in your control panel.

| Nah, it's definitely correct, I've copy and pasted it from the "refer friends" page. I've used both bit.ly and tinyURL, and they've managed to get to the FJ site, so I just don't understand why it's not working :/ |

  | Is it possible they just didn't actually sign up through your referral link. I've had this happen to me before. I gave them the right link but they did not sign up right away. They went back to the site at a later time and signed up with no ref link involved. This does happen sometimes with brand new people that know nothing of referral links.

| Yeah. I have seen people who give just the freebiejeebies.co.uk/offers page and not there ref link. |

| If your referral uses your link, it will automatically track this. If they are not showing on your account, they have either not used your link or entered the link incorrectly (or not created an account with us at all). You can contact us through Support and we will check this for you. |
