![]() | Account on hold !I created an account on consoles.fj a while back and had it deleted. So I joined the exceem conga again today and completed an offer which cost me $40. I know that creating multiple accounts was not allowed, but I assumed everything was fine because my other account was deleted ! Is there any chance that FJ would re-consider this ?

![]() | I asked them about a custom order...thats when they put my account on hold. I am sad at this because I hadn't even activated the account that was created earlier (which I had deleted)

| Mini Mac | Doubt they'll be able to do anything, as it's made quite clear when you delete your account that you can't then make another. |

Edit : From the T&Cs (h). Users may not have multiple accounts at multiple shipping addresses or IP addresses on the same freebiejeebies site. i.e. you may not use multiple computers, internet service providers or IP addresses to create multiple accounts. 3. Cancellation of Account (a). For an account to be deactivated, please contact our support department at http://support.freebiejeebies.co.uk Nothing about making an account again after cancellation...especially after cancelling an account which wasn't even activated :/

Anyway, I'm extremely disappointed. I was never warned as Chigley said....

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Why close the account to then open another one anyway? What made you think this would be acceptable?

So basically, I have to pay with an account on hold and $40 because Alex failed to inform me that my account would be put on hold if I made a new one even though my previous account was deleted. Simply amazing !

| Mr Baldy Chicken | I am sure others have done this in the past without going on hold... and I can think of one quite recent where it hasnt gone on hold... but I would be careful not to rant, and just ask FJ in a support ticket.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Alex failed to inform you? She was probably expecting at least a little common sense from the other side tbh..

| Mr Baldy Chicken | why would it be common sense...... surely if common sense was an issue here, it would have flagged up an existing deleted account and asked if that was to be reactivated?? I am sure that common sense will prevail here anyway.

| Mini Mac | I may well have got this wrong! Please don't take my above posts as official, and read them as advice as you would from any member. Best advice I can give you is to submit a support ticket (if you haven't already) to explain the situation and see if anything can be done. (I doubt it can, however.) |

Deleted = does not exist I made a new account because I thought that the deleted account does not exist. How is that lack of common sense ?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | This sort of stuff belongs in support tickets, not here. Why did you delete your first account anyway?

![]() | I deleted my first account because I was tempted to work for a 360, but my priority was a PS3 at that time. Now that I'm very close to getting a PS3, I decided maybe I should get back to consoles.fj...
